FUE extracts follicles then implants them in two stages. DHI uses a Choi implanter pen for simultaneous extraction and implantation, giving greater control over angle and depth. DHI is ideal for hairline and high-density work; FUE suits larger areas and higher graft counts.
Yes. Follicles are taken from the donor area — back and sides of the scalp — which are genetically resistant to hair loss. They grow permanently wherever transplanted. You can cut, colour and style them exactly as natural hair.
FUE and DHI leave tiny, dot-like extraction marks in the donor area — invisible with hair of any length. Unlike the older FUT (strip) method, there is no linear scar. Sapphire FUE produces even finer marks.
